Sierra Tebeau
Sierra, originally from Colchester, lives in South Burlington with her partner Niko. Her love of cooking began in high school when she attended a culinary arts program at Essex Tech, where she graduated from the top of her class!! Her love only continued to grow since then becoming a masterful hobby that lends itself to our company, as she used those skills to develop the Talulah, Piper, and Steve sauces.
She is the loving owner of Talulah and Piper, whom Niko and her spoil rotten. In her free time, she loves to travel, is the hostess with the mostest planning social events for her friends, taking care of her herb garden, challenging whoever at a game of Settlers of Catan, and spending the summer months laying out near any body of water!!
Hope Swanke
Hope lives in Chicago with beloved cat (and honorary hound) Steve. Originally from Essex, Hope graduated from UVM with a degree in Political Science which sits collecting dust as she works as a data developer at Steppenwolf Theater Company. Hope has always had a knack for numbers which lends itself to our company, as she runs the logistic side of our business.
She has been graciously allowed to live in Steve’s house, who has her wrapped around his paw. You can find her watching a Steppenwolf performance, checking out new exhibits at the Art Institute of Chicago, or drinking her way through chi-town rooftop bars.
